Being a qualified Master Elite roofing contractor means we can provide our customers with the best warranties in the roofing industry. GAF offers these warranties to help ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind in knowing that their roof will be taken care of no matter what happens.

But even if a customer chooses not to purchase a GAF warranty, they will still receive the highest quality workmanship in the business, and quality materials will still be used on their roof.

Golden Pledge Warranty

A GAF Master Elite contractor is the only roofer that can provide the golden pledge warranty. This warranty is the most powerful and inclusive in the entire roofing industry.

The Golden Pledge is a one-time, transferable warranty that covers 100% of all manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime of the roof shingles. It also covers workmanship defects for 25 years. This even includes disposal costs and tear-off costs.

Silver Pledge Warranty

The Silver Pledge Warranty is GAF's mid-tier warranty. It is also a one-time, transferable warranty that covers 100% of all manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime of the shingles. The workmanship coverage is for 10 years, including tear-off and disposal costs.

Systems Plus Warranty

The Systems Plus is GAF's lowest-level warranty. Just like the other two, it is also a one-time, transferable warranty that covers 100% of all manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime of the shingles. However, it only has a 2-year workmanship coverage. And although it includes tear-off costs, it does not cover the disposal costs.
