This patented innovation was made to help businesses understand their clients’ needs more. It gathers reviews through a brief mobile phone survey. This lets customers provide reviews via speech or text that will help lessen issues and improve the company’s online reputation and overall performance.

How it Works

The tool is easy to use. As soon as homeowners install the application, they can share their feedback regarding the completion of their next residential roofing project through these steps:

  • Contractor Bio: Homeowners will be sent a brief background of the roofer who’ll be working on the project. This will give them an idea of who the contractor is and what they can expect from the expert.

  • Instant Mobile Reviews: Clients can instantly review the quality of their contractor’s service at the end of the job. They just need to text “REVIEW” to the phone number where they got the expert’s bio then choose a media channel to share it to.   • Analyzation: PulseM assesses the feedback of the customer. It will also display real-time ratings and will analyze emotions in spoken or written responses. It will log and categorize positive, neutral, and negative reviews. Neutral reviews will also be redirected to the head of the company for a quick resolution.
